Clean and nice room with all needed amenities. Staff is helpful, however knowing some spanish will come in handy and makes your experince better. Room service is OK and they rather leave you plenty of time before picking up empty tray. First I ordered food in english and I was informed that they dont have it. When I tried to say the name of the dish in spanish, my dinner arrived my room just in 20min. Food they served was delicious of course and I was dreaming of tacos the following night. The location is very good- there is a shopping mall just next door and market, downtown or other shopping malls just a few minutes ride away. There is free parking, thus its also a great place if you arrive in a car.

Aside from the reception everything was great. Wish I could have used the pool but it was a one nighter. Hot water was almost instant. Internet speed was 50/10 mbps, which is pretty high for mexican hotels.
